© Universal Laminators 2011 The OptiSpeed360 is a fully-automatic stainless steel polishing line* which uses the Rapier filmer. This system is the fastest in the range, and can produce in excess of 300 sheets per hour (Sheet sizes 3000 x 1500mm). (Polishing head supplied separately or the line may be retro fitted to your existing polishing head. Our engineers have integrated lines with Timesavers, Imeas, Ramco, Hill Acme, Acme Efco, stainless steel polishing heads.) The system employs loader units on both the in-feed and out-feed sides so that the sheets are loaded automatically and, once filmed, are stacked on a pallet automatically.
