© Universal Laminators 2011 The fastest and most accurate machine in the Micro-Cut range, the Rapier  High-speed Laminator is the most popular automatic filming machine in the Universal Laminators range, of Industrial laminators, which are used as steel laminators, aluminum laminators, peel coat machines, film laminators which all basically do the same job of protective filming sheets of stainless steel, glass, aluminium, HPL and many other board materials. These machines are supported by our experienced service engineers, and spares and service are readily available. We also service, repair and supply spares for  Automation Technique's Cutlass Filmers, Sabre Coaters, Scimitar Laminators, and Rapier Laminators which also use the Micro-Cut automatic film cutting system. In its basic form can apply the majority of protective films at speeds in excess of 42m per minute. Therefore it is possible to film six (6) 3m long panels in a minute, 360 panels per hour. The system can employ a number of upgrades, including a multi-reel carousel to reduce the down time when changing the reels and to cope with different size panels. More importantly, the film is cut using our patented Micro-Cutting System™, which allows for a "flush" cut.
