© Universal Laminators 2011 The StackerMate system  is used both as a sheet unload  and a sheet load unit or sheet stacker, vacuum lifter, on our high speed  automated stainless steel polishing lines and our glass filming and glass lamination line.  The StackerMate uses vacuum lifting  to pick sheets either from  a conveyor and stack them on a pallet or load sheet from a pallet onto a machine or conveyor .  It has the ability to transport sheets of various sizes, with loads of up to 150kg. The system is used as a loader / unloader for our high speed lamination lines, but also has a range of other possible applications. The Video below shows a 3 position Loader and a 3 Position Unloader, the Operator can select from two loading positions and two ‘put-down’ positions, either positions can be used has Rejects and/or Order Splitting.
