These solutions are based around our range of Industrial laminators, which in other applications are also  used as steel laminators, aluminium laminators, aluminium laminators, peel coat machines, film laminators which all basically do the same job of protective filming sheets of stainless steel, glass, aluminium, HPL and many other board materials.  We supply all the materials handling system to fully automate the stainless steel polishing line, conveyor systems, control systems and control integration on new and existing lines. Our control systems can capture events, be modem linked or be as simple as you wish for low cost functionality. At the core of our stainless steel polishing and and brushing product range are our automatic laminators with our unique Micro- Cut film cutting system where the film is cut before it is applied to the sheets. Developed over the past decade, the systems allows extremely fast cycle times and gives flexibility of cut simply not possible with "post" cutting systems. With Micro-Cut you can even cut the film short of the end of the sheet, leaving bare steel to order.
