Crucially this system avoids blades and cutters being close to the delicate material and this allows a much closer cutting tolerance as a safety clearance for the blade is not required with the Micro-Cut cutting system.  This unique cutting system provides a neat trim cut very close to the ends of the board. Applications have been Doors, Office Furniture, PDF and Particle Boards The Scimitar and Loader/Unloader Stackers were used in this installation. For the process of applying protecting film onto Laminate faced particle boards. This Installation is also used for Order Picking.
